Jewels For The Ceiling
Diamond Chandelier by Solange Azagury-Patridge
Solange Azagury-Partridge has a passion for designing jewels and believes that “there comes a day in every woman’s life where she wakes up wanting diamonds.” With no formal training in jewelry, Solange worked early on with a costume jeweler to help hone her skills. This has led to an exceptional career in working with jewels, with locations in the Notting Hill district of London as well as New York. Last fall she took part in an exhibition of “Unwearable Jewels” at New York’s Sebastian + Barquet Gallery. The 18K white gold and diamond chandelier pictured here was an exceptional draw, glittering with her radiant touch. The chandelier takes a nod a fashion with its drapey-fringe and encrusted arms. While Solange will not depart from her renowned jewelry making, it is clear she can take the next step with incorporating couture with interior design.
