Blue Hawaii Cocktail Recipe
- 1 part coconut rum
- 1 part blue curacao
- 2 parts pineapple juice
- ½ part sweet and sour (I used Dr. Swami and Bone Daddy brand)
- Fresh pineapple cubes and maraschino cherries for garnish
- Blend all ingredients except garnish together and refrigerate for at least one hour.
- Fill glasses with ice, pour cocktail mixture into glasses and garnish with pineapple and maraschino cherries.
