Go Go Geisha is a stunning grey lavender cream. essie calls this an ‘antique blossom pink’ which is a beautiful way to describe this extraordinary colour. Applied perfectly in two coats.
Udon Know Me is a light blue cream polish that covers perfectly in 2 coats. While you might not immediately think of this as a fall colour – I actually think it’s the perfect transition hue to help us switch from summer to fall.
Maki Me Happy is an intense crimson that looks very similar to CND Oxblood, another new hue for fall. Clearly the deep reds are where it’s at!
Now and Zen is a sage grey cream polish that covers in 2 coats. This is definitely a new love of mine and is going to the top of my fall must-wear list.
Playing Koi is a burnt orange that is another big colour for fall, being very close in shade to CND Brick Knit. As with the other polishes in the essie fall 2016 collection, Playing Koi applies flawlessly in 2 coats.
Kimono Over is an intensely deep aubergine that is another favourite of mine in this collection. The best part? It’s a one-coater!
Ready to Boa is absolutely perfect. The best part? It’s a one coater! The colour speaks perfection in just so many ways.
Party on a Platform is a traditional cool toned red. essie always likes to include the perfect red for the season in their collections.
Oh Behave has the 1960s written all over it, doesn’t it? The perfect peachy pink with a hint of metallic – this shade is hot! I would recommend 2-3 thin coats for this polish.
Satin Sister is by far my favourite from essie Winter 2016! I absolutely love this perfect teal that covers perfectly in 2 coats.
Getting Groovy is a metallic gold that applies flawlessly in 2 coats. Shown above without topcoat. Who doesn’t want to wear the perfect gold on New Year’s Eve?
Go with the Flowy is another favourite of mine. The indiscreet shimmer in this light grey polish makes it feel really special. If you don’t love a dark polish and want to get that chic sophisticated look, this is the perfect hue for the winter season.
